So many people today, including my friends and clients, are struggling to maintain a healthy body weight and live a healthy lifestyle. You want to be healthy, but there is so much information out there! It is hard to tell fact from fiction in this constantly changing world of health and fitness. It seems like every day, a new fad diet is released or websites tell us what we can and cannot eat.
Because is so difficult to stay calm in the midst of all this misinformation, many people just give up. How do you find the truth through all the noise? But I am here to tell you: don’t give up! Health and fitness don’t have to be intimidating, it can be fun and truly enjoyable!
I know what it feels like to struggle with health and wellness. Six years ago, I was overweight, tired, and sick. But slowly, determinedly, I made a decision to get off the couch, put down the junk food, and change my life for the better. It was a lot of hard work, and there were definitely tears, but six years later, I am the in the happiest, healthiest, and fittest shape of my life!
I spent those years researching nutrition, studying fitness programs, and trying every fad diet in the books. Now, I am here to help you sort through all of that misinformation to find out the truth. I can help you discover which tools work best for you.
